Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be requested through your TravelHub account or via email.

2. Hotel Booking Refund Schedule

• 30+ days before check-in → Full refund minus 5% fee
• 15-29 days → 50% refund
• 7-14 days → 25% refund
• Less than 7 days → No refund

3. Tour Package Refund Schedule

• 45+ days → Full refund minus 10% fee
• 30-44 days → 75% refund
• 15-29 days → 50% refund
• 7-14 days → 25% refund
• Less than 7 days → No refund

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Processing fees
• Travel insurance
• Visa assistance fees
• Bookings marked non-refundable

5. Cancellation by TravelHub

If TravelHub or the service provider cancels your booking, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are credited to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days.
